In this 60min sequence we activate different areas of the body in preparation for pigeon pose (Eka Raja Kapotasana). Pigeon Pose is a pose that opens the hips and chest, stretches the quads and provides a deep backbend. Warming up the hips and integrating chest and shoulder openers will help to prepare the body to work gradually and safely towards the full expression of pigeon pose.
